Project Management
Consolidated have always recognised that the planning and management of any project are important to its success. We employ a team of Project Managers with over 20 years experience. Their role is to plan and manage projects so that we can ensure complete success and smooth running of any moves. All key activities need to be organised to obtain maximum efficiency and complete liaison with our Health and Safety advisor and with the client is always maintained. We value our relationships with our clients and work as a professional team to produce cost-effective, smooth running projects.
We also employ a team of Project Managers who remain permanently on-site at our major clients, maintaining the same standard of expertise managing day-to-day internal moves and installations.
